We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason it’s not quite right, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Returned pieces must be unworn, in new condition, and sent back in their original, undamaged packaging.
• Earrings may be returned if unworn and in original condition.
• Made-to-order and Sample pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Shipping fees, gift packaging, and gift cards are non-refundable.
Return Processing
Once your return arrives at our studio, please allow up to 14 business days for processing (this may take a little longer during busy seasons).
• You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
• Exchanges will be shipped after your return has been processed.
• Store credit will be issued on the day your return is approved.
